About the Role
The Williston Office Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of daily office operations. This position involves tracking inventory, managing invoices, handling customer order requests, and preparing fire extinguishers for sale. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized office environment, front desk duties, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with personal gas monitor warranty work and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
Process invoices and customer order requests
Oversee weekly and monthly stock levels for inventory stock
Prepare fire extinguishers for sale and ensure they meet safety standards
Perform front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Handle warranty work and repairs for personal gas monitors
Assist in sales and support customer transactions
Perform office cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with inventory tracking, invoicing, and order management or willingness to learn
Understanding of invoicing and billing practices
Basic knowledge of fire extinguisher handling and gas monitor repairs (or willingness to learn)
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
